Electrify’s The Rundown seeks a talented Thumbnail Designer to craft high-performing thumbnails and publish engaging titles and descriptions for YouTube and social media. You will work closely with media and content teams to translate stories into compelling visual content.

You will design 2-3 thumbnails per day, test iterations, analyse results, and ensure brand consistency across channels while embracing a remote-first culture and AI-powered workflows.

Formación

• Exceptional eye for design and ability to create high-performing digital content.
• Excellent copywriting skills and English proficiency for compelling titles and descriptions.
• Experience designing and A/B testing YouTube thumbnails achieving 100k+ views.
• Strong analytics mindset with data-driven creativity and iteration.

Responsabilidades

• Design 2-3 high-performing, A/B tested thumbnails each weekday for YouTube and social channels.
• Write SEO-optimised titles and descriptions to maximise clarity and engagement.
• Collaborate with media and content teams to translate stories into visuals.
• Analyse performance metrics and iterate designs based on data and audience insights.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
