This senior, field-based role blends science, strategy, and non-promotional education to advance regional launch readiness while supporting account planning and cross-functional work with MSLs and Marketing. The TLL builds relationships with national and regional experts, organizations, and centers, focusing on education, referral pathways, and market development before and

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; advanced clinical/scientific credentials preferred.
• Minimum eight years in biopharma or related field roles.
• Experience with thought-leader engagement, market development or pre/post-launch activities.
• Strong regional planning, data synthesis and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel >50% of the time and reside in assigned region.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a regional plan aligned with national launch priorities.
• Map priority institutions and thought leaders to optimize diagnosis, testing and referral pathways.
• Lead compliant thought-leader engagement plans in partnership with Marketing.
• Capture aggregate field insights and translate them into regional action.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Medical Affairs, Market Access and Account Management.
• Represent regional programs at congresses and professional meetings.
