Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in pharma sales.
• Experience in the same therapy area preferred.
• Candidates from MNC and top Indian pharma companies have added advantages.
• Fluent and confident in communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and performance of all sales strategies in assigned market.
• Drive primary sales, secondary sales and ensuring brand presence in defined markets.
• Supervise/manage the distributor network to achieve sales objectives and ethics.
• Develop and execute customer management plans and allocate resources accordingly.
• Attend strategy meetings, doctor meets, workshops and trainings to promote products.
