• 3–5 years of medical insurance experience
• Experience in insurance benefits and eligibility
• Strong computer skills with CRM and payor sites

Responsibilities

• Verify active health insurance coverage with payor representatives
• Submit prior authorizations via payor portals (Availity, NaviNet, etc.)
• Document interactions in CRM and collaborate with Sales Support
• Enter new patient referrals into CRM
• Contact new referrals for insurance confirmation
• Provide departmental support and perform related clerical duties
