WillisCC is a thriving private group practice seeking energetic therapists, social workers, and psychologists to join our expanding team in Illinois. We welcome applications from LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, and Licensed Psychologists, as well as those with LSW/LPC (eligible for full license within the next 3-4 months). This position includes some shifts available via video telehealth and some hours onsite at our studios.

We are eager to find clinicians who are looking for a supportive environment to grow and develop, dedicated to evidence-based treatment modalities. If you're interested in starting or expanding your private practice with coaching on the business side, we are here to support you!

Staff will participate in weekly group consultations, trainings, staff development, and have the opportunity to join our interdisciplinary team in creating new clinical programs for our communities.
