WillisCC is a thriving private group practice seeking energetic therapists, social workers, and psychologists to join our expanding team in Illinois. Licensed clinicians such as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, and Licensed Psychologists are welcome to apply, as are those with LSW/LPC (eligible for full license within the next 3-4 months). This position includes some shifts available via video telehealth and some hours in person at our studios.

We are eager to find clinicians who are looking for a supportive environment to grow and develop, dedicated to evidence-based treatment modalities. If you're interested in breaking into private practice but want a group to coach you on the business, we are here for you!

Therapists are responsible for providing behavioral health services to a clinically diverse, 'working-well' client population and their families/significant others. Staff will participate in weekly group consultations, trainings, staff development, and have the opportunity to join our interdisciplinary team in creating new clinical programs for our communities.
