Teladoc Health is hiring full-time therapists licensed in California to provide individual teletherapy to patients across the United States. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a care team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.

The role requires a California license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC), a master’s degree, and experience with evidence-based practices for PTSD, anxiety, and depression. This is a 100% remote position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) in California with eligibility to treat patients independently.
• Master’s degree (or higher) in Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited program.
• Experience using evidence-based practices, particularly for PTSD, depression, and anxiety disorders.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual teletherapy sessions via secure video and phone.
• Collaborate with a care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality service.
