Job summary

Open Mind Health is seeking licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Psychologist) to provide remote, trauma-informed psychotherapy for PTSD, grief, and related concerns. This 100% remote telehealth role requires active CA licensure and offers 20+ hours per week on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD).
Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills.
Experience providing trauma-informed care and/or treating trauma, PTSD, grief, loss, or related concerns.

Responsibilities

Provide virtual psychotherapy to California clients.
Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Utilize evidence-guided therapeutic approaches (CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness).
Help clients develop coping skills and emotional regulation.
Deliver culturally responsive, client-centered care.
Complete timely clinical documentation and collaborate with care team.
