Job summary

Teladoc Health, a global leader in virtual care, seeks licensed therapists to provide virtual mental health services on a 1099 contract basis. You will work independently, set your own schedule, and use clinical expertise to help clients thrive—supported by Teladoc's technology and infrastructure.

This role is eligible for hire anywhere in the United States and is fully remote. Flexible schedule and national reach enable a diverse population of clients to access care from home.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) with eligibility to treat independently.
• Experience providing therapy in an unsupervised, independent practice setting.
• Experience with PTSD, depression, anxiety, or trauma-related conditions.
• Proficient in using EHR systems and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual therapy sessions virtually (video/phone) for adolescents and adults.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal/ethical standards.
• Coordinate with Teladoc support teams to facilitate client care and resolve technical issues.

Education

Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
