Job summary

A virtual mental health practice is seeking independently licensed therapists to provide remote outpatient therapy. Responsibilities include managing an outpatient caseload, making independent treatment decisions, and having strong clinical judgment. Ideal candidates will have experience in outpatient settings and structured modalities such as CBT or DBT-informed care.

Qualifications

• Comfort practicing in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Active, unrestricted multi-state license required.
• Two or more independent and active state licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient therapy to patients.
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals.
• Make independent treatment decisions within evidence-based standards.
