Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists with strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills.
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience from outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote, outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations.
• Make independent treatment decisions while maintaining clinical standards.
• Collaborate with an in-house referral network to facilitate patient access.

Skills

Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC)

Strong clinical judgment

Effective communication skills

Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (ex. CBT, ACT, MI)

Education

Active, unrestricted therapist license

Two or more independent and active state licenses
