Job summary

A virtual mental health practice is seeking licensed therapists to provide outpatient therapy in a fully remote environment. The role involves managing a consistent caseload and making independent treatment decisions within evidence-based standards. Compensation includes a base salary starting at $70k, with opportunities to earn incentives, in addition to comprehensive benefits including health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist with active license (multi-state support available).
• Two or more active state licenses preferred.
• Comfortable managing outpatient caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient therapy sessions in a 100% remote setting.
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists for referrals and support.
