Position Overview: As part of the Optum Behavioral Care Team, you'll deliver evidence-based, short-term remote care, monitor participant progress, coordinate care, and participate in team meetings. Manage a caseload of at least 10 participants, working 10 hours weekly within 9 am-8 pm local time, with flexible scheduling.

Compensation & Benefits: $40-$60 per session hour, with additional benefits including a comprehensive package, incentive programs, and 401k contributions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote care using evidence-based protocols
• Track and document participant progress
• Assist participants with resource access and consent procedures
• Respond to safety concerns following protocols
• Participate in team meetings and trainings

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Oregon license (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent)
• Availability for 10+ hours/week during specified hours
• Eligibility or ability to enroll in Medicare (if applicable)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapies
• Interest in multi-state licensure
• Passion for improving behavioral health outcomes
