We are looking for a compassionate therapist eager to make a difference, who prefers meaningful patient interaction over paperwork, and values a collaborative environment with coaching and supervision. Your focus will be on helping participants develop actionable skills and healthy habits using evidence-based protocols.

• 1099 Contract positions available
• Manage a caseload of at least 10 participants
• Work 10 hours per week within 9am-8pm local time, flexible schedule once set
• Compensation: $40-$60 per session hour, depending on state

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based short-term care programs
• Monitor progress, communicate with participants, and document sessions
• Assist participants with resource access, consent, and authorization
• Respond to high-risk situations following protocols
• Participate in team meetings and trainings
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in Oregon (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent)
• Availability for 10+ hours/week on a consistent schedule
• Eligibility or ability to opt-in to Medicare as a provider

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapies
• Interest in licensure in other states
• Passion for improving behavioral health
