• 1099 Contracts Available!
• Manage a caseload of at least 10 participants in treatment
• Work 10 hours per week within 9 am-8 pm local time; hours can be during weekdays or weekends, but must be consistent once scheduled
• Compensation: $40-$60 per session hour (dependent on state of residence)

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver remote care through short-term, evidence-based programs
• Monitor participant progress, follow-up, coordinate care, and document sessions
• Assist participants with resource access, consent, and authorization forms
• Respond to high-risk situations following protocols
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and town halls
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA policies and complete annual training

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in Oregon: LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent
• Availability for 10+ hours/week schedule
• Eligible or able to enroll as a Medicare provider

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy
• Interest in obtaining licensure in other states
• Passion for impacting lives and behavioral care

The hourly rate ranges from $28.61 to $56.06, based on full-time employment factors including location, education, and experience.
