Teladoc Health is seeking full-time therapists licensed in California to provide confidential, remote teletherapy to clients across the United States. You will assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.

Competenze

• Independent, unsupervised therapy in a clinical setting.
• Active California license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) with eligibility to treat independently.
• Experience using evidence-based practices for PTSD, depression, and anxiety.
• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Experience assessing, diagnosing and preparing treatment plans.
• Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and passion for mental wellness.
• Comfortable with EHRs and telehealth tech.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (licensure costs covered).

Mansioni

• Provide individual teletherapy sessions via secure video and phone.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based care.
