You will partner with regional leaders and cross-functional teams to align access, education, and advocacy efforts, ensuring compliant, impactful field engagement and sustained performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Rare disease experience is highly preferred; hepatology/gastroenterology exposure desirable.
• Strong clinical aptitude and ability to communicate complex disease-state information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with priorities and measures of success.
• Identify and develop high-opportunity accounts and referral networks across liver diseases.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and care teams to deliver value and drive patient impact.
• Map decision-making within complex accounts and secure next steps to advance strategy.
• Engage cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to support customers and patients.
