The TAM will build deep clinical and account expertise in rare cholestatic liver diseases and drive patient impact by identifying high-opportunity accounts and executing tailored plans. You will engage healthcare professionals as a credible partner, deliver evidence-based discussions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize access, treatment initiation, and persistence

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology.
• Rare disease experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with account-based selling across health systems and referral networks.
• Strong clinical aptitude and ability to learn complex disease states.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a focused territory business plan aligned with national, zone, and regional priorities.
• Identify and develop high-opportunity accounts, health systems, centers of excellence, and referral networks.
• Engage healthcare professionals with clinically credible insights and evidence to influence care decisions.
• Coordinate compliant account actions across Mirum field partners and maintain momentum.
• Maintain accurate customer records, forecasts, expenses, and administrative updates.
