Responsibilities

Manage caseload of contested and uncontested matters for lenders and investors.
Appear in court and argue motions for foreclosure, eviction, title disputes and related matters.
Communicate with clients regularly for updates and case resolution.
Analyze loan files and title reports; draft motions and responses.
Review title examinations and identify issues; provide recommendations to cure.
Maintain case management systems and produce reports and correspondence.
Coordinate with insurers, vendors, and team members to ensure timely progress.
