Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active Oregon Bar membership.
• Ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations.
• 2+ years of related experience in the mortgage area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft civil litigation documents from discovery to dispositive motions and client correspondence.
• Review chain of title, pleadings, and foreclosure documents; respond to lender/agent requests.
• Attend court appearances across Oregon (and Washington, if possible) with solid preparation.
• Provide timely client updates and maintain professional communications.
