Qualifications

• Knowledge of Florida Mortgage Foreclosure process is helpful.
• Strong writing and communication skills; ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of contested matters for residential and commercial lenders/investors.
• Appear in court and argue motions for foreclosures, title disputes, and related matters.
• Communicate with clients regularly for updates and resolution of cases.
• Analyze loan files, title reports, and other documents; draft motions and discovery responses.
