The position features a starting base salary of $112,000–$132,000 with potential to reach $175,000+ through bonuses, performance, and business development, plus a remote stipend and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Texas attorney in good standing.
• Three or more years of litigation experience with independently manageable caseload.
• Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Strong client communication and case management abilities.
• Professionalism, initiative, and commitment to outstanding client service.

Responsibilities

• Represent licensed professionals before Texas licensing boards and regulatory agencies.
• Handle investigations, disciplinary proceedings, SOAH, and related civil litigation.
• Draft responses, pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and correspondence.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, negotiations, and strategy sessions.
• Advise clients throughout the litigation process.
• Develop litigation strategy with seasoned attorneys.
