BERTOLINO LLP is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to independently manage high-stakes regulatory matters for licensed professionals across Texas. This 100% remote position emphasizes direct client interaction, substantial hearing experience, and building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Texas attorney in good standing.
• Three or more years of litigation experience with ability to independently manage a caseload.
• Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Strong client communication and case management abilities.
• Demonstrates professionalism, initiative, sound judgment, and commitment to client service.

Responsibilities

• Represent licensed professionals before Texas licensing boards and regulatory agencies.
• Handle investigations, disciplinary proceedings, SOAH cases, and related civil litigation.
• Draft responses, pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and correspondence.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, settlements, negotiations, and strategy sessions.
• Advise clients throughout the litigation process; collaborate with senior attorneys.
