Qualifications

• Currently licensed Texas attorney with good standing.
• Minimum three years of litigation experience and ability to manage cases independently.
• Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent client communication and case management abilities.
• Demonstrated professionalism, initiative, and commitment to outstanding client service.

Responsibilities

• Represent licensed professionals before Texas licensing boards and agencies.
• Handle investigations, disciplinary proceedings, SOAH cases, and related civil litigation.
• Draft responses, pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and correspondence.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, settlements, and strategy sessions.
• Advise clients throughout the litigation process and develop strategy with senior attorneys.
