Job summary

Lyra Clinical Associates partners with Lyra Health to provide specialized neurodiversity assessments across the United States. We are seeking contract Testing Psychologists dedicated to whole-person mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, diagnostic clarity, and collaborative care planning with interdisciplinary teams. Telehealth and in-office options may be available, with flexible scheduling and supportive psychrometrists.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of psychological assessment experience.
• Experience evaluating complex behavioral health needs (ASD, ADHD, mood, anxiety).
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Administer, score, and interpret a broad range of test batteries.
• Provide diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and testing staff to ensure quality control.
• Deliver clear feedback through in-person sessions or telehealth.
• Maintain accurate, detailed testing data and reports.
• Conduct intake interviews and live feedback sessions.
• Adapt testing strategies for virtual delivery.
