Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract Testing Psychologists to support their Center of Excellence for Neurodiversity. You will perform intake interviews and comprehensive assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, interpreting a wide range of tests and delivering actionable recommendations virtually or in person.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology from APA/CPA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of psychological assessment experience.
• Experience evaluating complex behavioral health needs (ASD/ADHD/mood/anxiety/trauma).
• Expertise with standard assessment tools (BASC, Conners, WAIS, WISC).
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing.
• Experience conducting testing virtually.
• Ability to deliver care virtually or in person, in your own office space.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews and psychological evaluations across ages.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and academic tests.
• Provide evidence-based diagnostic impressions and tailored recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants; oversee testing and scoring quality.
• Deliver feedback via videos and live sessions communicating findings.
