Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract Testing Psychologists to perform comprehensive intake interviews and neuropsychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. The role emphasizes whole-person care within Lyra’s neurodiversity center, combining data-driven insights with actionable treatment planning.

You’ll work remotely or in person, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and access to vetted psychometrists.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from APA/CPA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of psychological assessments experience with children, adolescents, or adults.
• Experience evaluating complex behavioral health needs (ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma).
• Expertise with psychological/psychoeducational tools (BASC, Conners, WAIS, WISC).
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools.
• Experience conducting testing virtually.
• Ability to deliver care virtually or in person and in own office space.
• Background check successful completion required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews and psychological evaluations across ages.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate a wide variety of test batteries.
• Provide evidence-based diagnostic impressions and tailored recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants, overseeing test administration and scoring.
• Deliver compassionate feedback through videos and live sessions.
• Maintain detailed testing data and comprehensive reporting.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments.
• Conduct testing virtually or in person as indicated.
