Kreative Technologies is seeking a Test Technician to run software tests, follow test scripts, and report results for client applications.

The ideal candidate is careful, patient and detail-oriented, able to repeat steps precisely and describe issues so developers can fix them. This is a remote role requiring strong written and verbal communication. Experience with Jira, ALM or Azure DevOps is a plus.

Qualificações

1+ year of software testing, QA or technical support experience.
Experience following written test procedures and documenting results.
Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira, ALM or Azure DevOps.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Continually required to use common office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, scanners and printers.

Responsabilidades

Executes manual test cases and test scripts according to test plans.
Records test results and captures evidence such as screenshots.
Logs defects with clear steps to reproduce, expected results and actual results.
Retests fixed defects and runs regression tests.
Prepares and maintains test data.
Assists with updating test cases and test documentation.
Supports user acceptance testing as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
