Job summary

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS Group is recruiting a Test Project Leader fluent in English to work remotely within the EU. The successful candidate will join the Development team and closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team.

Responsibilities include planning and executing all test activities, maintaining QA processes, and guiding stakeholders through quality assurance matters. A university IT degree with 12+ years of experience is required, plus strong knowledge of testing tools and agile

Qualifications

• University degree in IT with extensive project experience.
• At least 12 years managing large-scale testing projects.
• Strong knowledge of testing standards and methodologies.
• Experience in agile software development and testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all test activities (functional and non-functional).
• Maintain quality management processes and documentation.
• Participate in requirement analysis to define test strategy.
• Validate Test Summary Reports, provide expert comments, accept/reject deliverables.
• Define and plan end-user testing strategy and support stakeholders.
