Job summary

Protingent Staffing seeks a Test Project Engineer for a contract role in the Bellevue area with potential for 100% remote work. You will develop and manage the integrated test program plan and schedule across campaigns, ensuring traceability, requirements management, and configuration control.

The role requires a BS in Engineering and 5+ years in test/engineering planning, with strong communication and experience in regulated environments. Familiarity with Confluence and Jira is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years in test engineering/planning or related field.
• Experience in test programs, planning, and configuration management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable in regulated environments.
• Experience with Confluence and Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated test program plan and test schedule for equipment campaigns.
• Coordinate test activities with the project-level schedule and manage milestones, dependencies and resources.
• Establish and maintain requirements management and traceability for the test program.
• Set up and maintain test configuration management framework, baselines and records.
• Track risks, open items, actions, decisions, and dependencies and monitor readiness across phases.
