Job summary

ResMed seeks a Test Automation Engineer to develop and maintain automated testing solutions for healthcare software. This fully remote position involves designing test strategies, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and advising cross-functional teams on quality assurance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or a related field.
• Multiple years of hands-on software testing and QA experience.
• Several years of test automation and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Proficiency with automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Postman, RestAssured).
• Competency in .NET/TypeScript or similar; Angular knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as TeamCity or GitHub Actions.
• Fluent communication in German and English on technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain automated tests for functional, regression, UI, APIs, integrations, performance, and security.
• Choose test automation frameworks with development teams for sustainable apps.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and improve stability and reliability.
• Analyze test results, defects, flakiness, and quality risks; assist root cause analysis.
• Define test strategies and quality approaches for team and project contexts.
