Pelican Products, Inc. is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to grow our Northern Midwest business remotely.

You will build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end users, expand the product portfolio, and drive revenue while operating in a flexible, field-based environment. In this role you will conduct product demonstrations, participate in trade shows, and provide training to partners to ensure success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow Pelican's Northern Midwest territory by building dealer, distributor, and end-user relationships.
• Increase product portfolio awareness and adoption across the region.
• Identify new opportunities and expand existing customer relationships to drive revenue.
• Partner with dealers and channel partners to grow market share.
• Conduct visits, demonstrations, and presentations with independence and with teams.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Pelican solutions.
• Represent Pelican at trade shows and events, training sessions for partners.
• Monitor market trends and feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth delivery.
