Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of territory sales or customer relationship experience in the automotive aftermarket or equipment industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in aligning key activities to deliver assigned sales goals.
• Strong time management and weekly planning capability to deliver targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with CRM and sales analytics tools.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate passion for the product and sales process; adapt approach based on customer.
• Maintain understanding of offerings, warranties, and rebates; promote them.
• Work with store decision makers to expand business by identifying opportunities.
• Manage time in territory and set priorities based on relationships.
• Identify customer needs and coordinate with Rotary account teams for solutions.
• Coordinate with account managers for orders, tracking, and billings adjustments.
• Share team knowledge and identify opportunities for management.
• Communicate regularly with managers, vendors, and colleagues about sales and challenges.
• Conduct periodic account reviews and report progress.
