Custom Building Products is actively seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead and grow our retail presence in the Pacific Northwest with The Home Depot.

This remote role requires 3-5 years of construction/materials sales experience, strong relationship-building, and travel across the territory. You will drive sales strategies, manage budgets, and collaborate with a national sales team to meet targets while delivering exceptional customer support.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience in construction or building materials.
• Proven track record in developing and managing high-volume accounts or retail stores.
• Strong organizational, planning, and territory management skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain territory information to defend and grow market position.
• Manage sales volume, margins, growth, and profitability for the territory.
• Oversee internal communications and relationships with operations personnel.
• Drive business development from prospecting to closing, contributing to profitability.
• Provide product knowledge to The Home Depot divisions via targeted relationships.
• Share market trend insights with executives on budgets and standards.
• Meet territory objectives by optimizing promotions and sales activity.
• Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
