Custom Building Products is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive retail presence with The Home Depot across the Pacific Northwest. You will develop strategic plans, manage the territory's sales, and build strong relationships with Home Depot decision-makers to expand market share.

The role requires 3-5 years in sales in construction or building materials, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-5 years' sales experience in construction or building materials, preferably in the tile and stone installation or tool industry.
• Strong organizational, planning, and territory management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain territory information to defend and grow market position.
• Manage sales volume, margins, and profitability for the territory.
• Lead business development from prospecting to closing within The Home Depot channels.
• Deliver product knowledge to Home Depot divisions through targeted relationship development.
