Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth with dealers and distributors across a broad regional territory. You will manage existing relationships, recruit new dealers, and deliver training to boost product knowledge and selling skills.

The role emphasizes channel development and strategic planning to expand Champion Pneumatics’ market share while supporting dealer leadership and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial equipment sales, HVAC sales or sales equivalent.
• Remote-based position with approximately 50% travel.
• Proven leadership and the ability to influence across multiple dealer organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and grow existing dealers and distributors within the assigned territory.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers, including those currently representing competing product lines.
• Deliver ongoing product and sales skills training to dealer sales teams.
• Partner with dealer sales teams on account and project strategies to maximize success.
