Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Champion Pneumatic to drive dealer growth across a remote, multi-state territory, including OH, KY, MI, IN, IL, WI, MN, ND, SD, NE, KS, MO and IA. The role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, training and activating new dealers while expanding Champion Pneumatics presence in industrial markets.

Required are 3+ years in industrial equipment or HVAC sales and a Bachelor’s degree, plus strong leadership, strategic planning and dealer-partner

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years of experience in industrial equipment sales, HVAC sales or sales equivalent.

Responsibilities

Manage, develop, and grow existing dealers and distributors within the assigned territory.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers, including those representing competing product lines.
Deliver ongoing product and sales training to dealer teams to improve selling capabilities.
Provide training for dealer technicians, office personnel, and internal support roles.
Partner with dealer sales teams on account strategies to position Champion Pneumatic for success.
Collaborate on business planning and market development with each dealer.
Achieve bookings, revenue, dealer activation, and market share growth targets.
