Job summary

Roseburg Forest Products is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to execute sales strategies across the United States, including remote work options. You will expand relationships with independent distributors and retailers, influence product specifications, and drive opportunities through the sales cycle while representing the Roseburg brand.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in construction/materials sales, strong communication and multitasking abilities, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a Technical field.
• Five+ years of sales experience in construction/building materials.
• Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Bias for action with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Territory Sales Manager, executing sales strategy across independent wholesale distributors and retailers.
• Develop and manage relationships with key leaders and influencers; expand Roseburg’s footprint.
• Influence product specifications and drive opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to support demand generation and customer engagement.
• Act as a Roseburg brand ambassador and align with company values.
