Job summary

Ingersoll Rand seeks a Territory Sales Manager - Assembly to drive sales growth via a remote team across Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. You will support distributors, OEMs, and end-users with technical and product knowledge to expand market share.

Responsibilities include managing the assembly distribution network, cultivating end-user relationships, and delivering accurate CRM forecasts and project visibility. Travel approximately 50–60% is required.

Qualifications

• Technical Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 3+ years in sales experience with a manufacturer or distributor.
• Ability to travel 50-60% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage Assembly distribution network to meet or achieve sales growth targets.
• Cultivate product sales at end-users via relationship development and demonstrations.
• Analyze target account requirements and develop penetration plans to increase market share.
• Provide timely submission of reporting tools, CRM data/pipeline management, forecasts, and project visibility.
• Coordinate with marketing or other business unit resources as necessary.
• Measure distributor performance and implement improvement programs.
• Participate in formal and informal training opportunities.
• All other duties assigned by management.
