Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Assembly to drive sales with distribution partners and OEMs across a remote US territory. You will provide technical, application, and sales support for the assembly tool portfolio to grow end-user revenue and market share.

The role requires a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years in sales within manufacturing or distribution. Travel up to 50–60% is expected with remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Technical Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
• 3+ years in sales experience, working for a manufacturer or distributor.

Responsibilities

• Manage Assembly distribution network to meet or achieve sales growth targets.
• Analyze target accounts and develop penetration plans to increase market share.
• Provide CRM data/pipeline management, forecasts, and project visibility.
• Coordinate with marketing or other business unit resources as necessary.
• Responsible for distributor performance measurement and implementation of improvement programs.
• Actively conduct, seek out, and participate in training opportunities.
• All other duties assigned by management.
