We're seeking a highly motivated self-starter for this open position. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and a passion for helping people with innovative solutions. A successful candidate can communicate effectively and build rapport easily with customers, leveraging their customer service and sales experience. Candidates with proven leadership experience may be considered for elevated leadership promotions.

Responsibilities

  1. Act as a point of contact between clients and the company
  2. Negotiate sales terms and agreements, and close sales with customers
  3. Gather market and customer information to identify client needs
  4. Respond to client inquiries and address objections to facilitate purchases
  5. Advise on product development and discuss promotions
  6. Create proposal documents as part of the sales process
  7. Provide clients with detailed and accurate quotations and cost estimates
