Job summary

CHEP seeks a Territory Route Representative to manage Inland Empire and Orange County locations, ensuring recovery of CHEP pallets and building strong distributor and recycler relationships. You’ll be the primary contact for existing and new sites, coordinating with Logistics and Asset Protection teams.

Requirements include an AA degree or equivalent, 2+ years in route sales or operations, and strong Excel/Word skills.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in field driving for route sales, operations, or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit and build relationships with non-participating distributors and pallet recyclers to recover assets.
• Monitor asset flow within territory and coordinate returns to the network.
• Maintain responsibility for tracking and recovery of CHEP pallets in the territory.
• Engage with local pallet recycler community and educate on asset collection.
• Identify illegal buying/selling of CHEP assets and escalate as needed.
• Partner with internal teams to maximize asset recovery and resolve challenges.
