Job summary

Hallmark Cards, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead a large team of Hallmarkers and drive retail execution across 600 locations nationwide. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on coaching for supervisors and merchandisers.

You will travel about a quarter of your time, manage HR processes, and operate from a home-based office while ensuring standards across mass, drug, discount, department, value, and specialty retailers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of professional work experience.
• Minimum of 4-years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and inspire a supervisor team that sets priorities and ensures retail execution across 600 locations.
• Oversee HR and legal compliance within the territory including performance management and onboarding new talent.
• Travel to meet, lead and coach your team about 25% of the time; 75% in home-based office.
