Job summary

Hallmark's Global Merchandising Services seeks a Territory Manager to lead a team of over 100 Hallmarkers and drive retail execution across 600+ locations in mass, drug, discount, department, value and specialty channels.

You will set strategic priorities, develop supervisors, coach on performance, and manage onboarding, HR and legal compliance within your territory, while traveling about 25% and working from a home-based office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience in mass channel, drug store, or consumer product goods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a supervisor team to drive retail execution across 600+ locations.
• Set strategic priorities for the territory and evaluate performance via KPIs.
• Oversee HR and legal compliance, onboarding, and talent development.
