Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Territory Manager II to drive sales of implantable devices within a regional Pain Interventions portfolio. You will manage a large territory, develop key referral networks, and partner with implanting centers to grow accounts.

The role is field-based, remote within the U.S., requiring frequent travel and a valid driver's license. You will report to a District Sales Manager and work with a Clinical Specialist team to meet territory goals.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ years in relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences (or 4+ years with an Associate's degree, or 2+ years with a Bachelor's).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are highly valued.
• Experience calling on physicians and familiarity with reimbursement environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell implantable devices for specific therapies to physicians, institutions, payors, and staff.
• Develop accounts with implanting centers and referral networks to support territory growth.
• Provide product and therapy support, analyze sales trends, and present plans to accounts.
• Ensure compliance with quality policies and participate in meetings, trainings, and territory planning.
