Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to secure new business and manage a sales area, primarily in the Austin, TX region.

The role involves remote work from Kestra offices, customer consultations across clinical settings, and driving product adoption. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in medical device sales, strong relationship skills, and the ability to meet aggressive targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Secure new business and manage a sales area independently.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Grow and develop trusted partner relationships with key accounts.
• Prepare quarterly Business Plans and present to Regional Sales Leadership.
• Coordinate patient interaction with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care team.
• Provide timely feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Work with leadership to implement market strategies and manage sales cycle.
