Job summary

Orthofix is seeking a Territory Manager for the Fracture line in New Mexico, working remotely within the United States. You will promote bone growth therapy devices, provide consultative service to physicians and payers, and expand the physician and distributor network across the territory.

The role requires 1–3 years of medical device sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote, nationwide setting. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience in medical devices.
• Experience calling on physician offices and hospitals is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and distribute Orthofix products to achieve sales results within the NM territory.
• Provide consultative, timely service to physicians, patients, and payers.
• Educate and support hospital accounts on policy and strategy; attend meetings as needed.
• Develop new target accounts and maintain existing ones with current and future products.
• Train medical personnel and patients in proper use of Orthofix products.
• Continually develop technical and sales skills and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Prepare reports and execute programs at the direction of regional leadership.
• Provide timely service and problem solving to customers.
