Qualifications

• 5+ years full-time exempt sales experience in Agriculture industry.
• BA or BS degree in Agriculture related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by calling on new retailers and building a recurring book of business.
• Own the entire sales cycle from outreach to selling and retailer management.
• Maintain product knowledge and foster retailer relationships as a consultant.
• Develop territory plans and forecast sales and budgets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and R&D to align product needs.
• Travel as required and manage customer interactions with cross-functional teams.
