Job summary

YMCA of San Diego County seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner - CSS to run a full-cycle recruitment desk for high-volume, entry-level roles within San Diego County. You will source, screen, and schedule candidates, using a data-driven approach to build strong pipelines and deliver timely hires.

This temporary role is remote within the County with monthly in-person team meetings and trainings; occasional travel within San Diego County may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years equivalent related experience is required.
• Three years of experience in a high-volume hiring environment managing a full desk.
• Five years of sales or customer service experience required.
• Experience suggesting and implementing creative sourcing strategies for high volume recruiting.
• Experience with metrics-driven results and accountability for recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruitment for high-volume, entry-level positions from posting to onboarding.
• Use social networks to connect with potential candidates and interact with professionals on niche platforms.
• Review resumes and pre-screen candidates; maintain data in ATS.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and provide weekly metrics.
