Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth delivers telemedicine-based primary and psychiatric care across multiple sites, including skilled nursing facilities and in-home settings. The PRN teletriage role supports triage, guidance, and documentation for residents with complex needs.

Ideal candidates hold NP or PA licensure in at least one required state and can obtain multi-state credentials as needed. Strong clinical judgment and HIPAA compliance are essential for patient confidentiality and quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or completion of a Nurse Practitioner program with current state license.
• PA-C certification and licensure in at least one of NC, IN, KY, VA, or OH.
• Active clinical licensure and ability to obtain multi-state licensing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care and acute psychiatry via telemedicine per site protocols.
• Triage patient needs, provide guidance and care, and document visits.
• Complete orders and sign documentation for telehealth visits promptly.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Communicate with facility staff, residents, and families as appropriate.
